Erica Mena will not appear on the next season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta after she referred to her co-star Spice using a slur during a heated argument.

“The ‘Love & Hip Hop’ franchise has never shied away from hard conversations in our community,” the VH1 series official account wrote Saturday in an Instagram statement. “Working hand-in-hand with our partners, viewers will see the impact of Erica Mena’s remarks play out in the final three episodes of the season.

“Effective immediately, she will not appear in the next season of ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.’”

Angry fans blasted Mena on social media for her slur.

The two cast members have long battled on the series. During this particular confrontation, Spice claimed that Mena’s 16-year-old son, King, “hates” his own mother.

That prompted Mena’s slur, after which she flipped a table.

Mena joined Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta in 2018. She joined after spending several seasons on Love & Hip Hop: New York.
