When Devon tracks her sister down to say WTF, she has no idea what a formidable opponent Michaela will be.

Sirens has been described as a female-driven dark comedy and an “incisive, sexy, and darkly funny exploration of women, power, and class.”

The entirety of the plot takes place over a single weekend.

The series is based on Molly Smith Metzler’s (Shameless) 2011 play Elemeno Pea.

The story follows blue-collar social worker Devon, who visits her sister Simone in Martha’s Vineyard, where she is the personal assistant to the wife of a billionaire, Michaela.

Michaela and her husband are supposed to be away when Devon visits, but trouble ensues when Michaela returns unexpectedly.

How Many Episodes Will Sirens Season 1 Have?

There’s been no word about how many episodes the series will receive.
